I find that coming up with new self challenges is one
of the best ways to assure that I'm excited about each and every workout I do.
AND....being excited about each and every workout I do in turn helps me to give
110% to those workouts.
This not only gives better results but means that I can spend less total time working
out and still stay in excellent shape.
Better shape in fact than when I was working out for hours each and every day!
Less really can be more with T-Tapp!
