These Tappers are not in
a time out.
They're checking
to see how far they can safely bend their knees. You walk up to a wall, place the tips of your shoes against the wall
with your toes pointing straight ahead bend your knees until they touch the wall.

| And Bottom to Top!!! |
A back so flat you could balance a tray with wine
glasses on it and these T-Tappers make it look so easy!
It's anything but easy and takes an enhanced sense of proprioception and
deep concentration to instinctively put your body into such a form intensive position without a mirror. It's actually not
so easy even with a mirror! The goal is to form one long line from tailbone to the crown of the head. This results in maximum
muscle use and increased neurokinetic flow. I wish you could see those muscles firing up but it's something you really have
to feel for yourself.
