A Personal Snapshot

Here's a sneak peek at who I am.

I reside in the White Mountains of New Hampshire and enjoy hiking, walking, running and cross country skiing.

I've been involved with or been teaching fitness and exercise for well over 30 years.

Happily married for 25 years, I have two wonderful sons and two elderly Jack Russel Terriers, also known as JR Terrors!

This is my eldest son Beau. We used to be walking partners. He's now a fine arts major at FIT in NYC.

This is my youngest son Nate. He's a senior in high school, plays varsity basketball and loves anything to do with computers.

We live in a hard wood forest in a log cabin which we helped to build ourselves and which will be forever more a work in progress because I believe that nothing should stagnate.
